It has been a family owned and operated building for over 30 years dedicated to providing comfortable homes for our tenants. The building has a lot of unique heritage features and character from the 1970's that have been preserved and accentuated. 

These are quiet apartments with a strict no partying policy. The building has 24-hr surveillance cameras, secure entry, one assigned parking included, and coin-operated laundry ($2/load). Ample street parking for visitors with no restrictions. No Pets and No Smoking.
